USCIS is now rolling out its H-1B Pre-Registration program for the 2022 lottery. USCIS will open registration during a 18-day period from Tuesday, March 1st until Friday, March 18 [noon ET both days].
USCIS will once again use the luck-based selection process, also known as the “H-1B Cap Lottery.” Complete our H-1B Inquiry Form to sign up today for E&M Mayock’s H-1B Pre-Registration program.
Identical to last year’s innovative program, employers can submit the names of candidates BEFORE paying for a complete H-1B Visa Petition submission.
The lottery winners will be notified by Thursday March 31st. H-1B Visa Petitions, for those selected candidates, may be submitted to USCIS during the following three months of April, May and June 2022. The first start date for H-1B employment is October 1st, 2022.
