Identical to last year’s innovative program, employers can submit the names of candidates BEFORE paying for a complete H-1B Visa Petition submission.
The lottery winners will be notified by Wednesday March 31st. H-1B Visa Petitions, for those selected candidates, may be submitted to USCIS during the following three months of April, May and June 2021. The first start date for H-1B employment is October 1st, 2021.
