2023 H-1B Professional Visa “Cap Season” Update:
Registration Starts Tomorrow!
There is still time to register for the 2023 H-1B Cap Lottery!
Tomorrow, March 1, 2023, employers may begin submitting H-1B Cap Pre-Registrations. The registration period begins at noon eastern time on March 1, 2023 and continues until noon eastern time on March 17, 2023.
There is still plenty of time to participate in this year’s H-1B Cap Lottery. Contact E&M Mayock for assistance with this process by completing our H-1B Inquiry Form.
All 2023 H-1B Cap participants must complete a Pre-Registration process for inclusion.
E&M Mayock’s Pre-Registration Program includes attorney review and filing with USCIS Citizenship & Immigration Services. The all-inclusive fee for this first step is $500.
